The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has initiated the registration process for two million small businesses as part of efforts to formalise the sector and stimulate economic growth.
According to CAC Registrar-General, Mr. Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, this move, done in collaboration with Moniepont, aims to enhance regulatory compliance and promote economic development through taxation revenue.
The commission’s focus on formalising enterprises is crucial for economic growth and access to financial opportunities in Nigeria.
